How the Arrangement Works
The process is straightforward:
- Introduce your contacts to us and encourage them to take a free, no-obligation insurance review.
- We handle all advice, quoting, and servicing — you simply make the introduction.
We take pride in offering professional, personalised insurance solutions, ensuring your clients are always in safe hands.
How We Reward You
We believe great partnerships deserve great rewards:
- For every new policy arranged from your introduction, Qudos Insurance Brokers will pay you 20% of our earnings from that policy.
- For every renewal that follows, you will continue to receive 15% of the renewal income for as long as our Introducer Agreement remains active.
The more we help your clients, the more you benefit — year after year.
Getting the Most from Our Partnership
You are in full control of the referral process — how you introduce us and how actively you engage is entirely up to you.
Typically, our Introducers fall into three styles:

| The Trouble-Shooter | Refers us when asked by a client, usually by providing our contact details and leaving the client to get in touch. Referrals may be infrequent and less consistent. |
| The Proactive Trouble-Shooter | Offers to arrange for Qudos to call the client directly rather than waiting for them to reach out — creating a better experience and more successful connections. |
| The Strategic Partner | Proactively makes insurance part of every client conversation where relevant, integrating the referral into their everyday processes for maximum benefit. |
Which style suits you best?
We’re flexible — whichever approach you prefer is fine with us.
However, from experience, Strategic Partners tend to achieve the most success, helping more clients and earning higher commission income.
Important: You Are Not Expected to Give Advice
Please note, under FCA regulations and our Introducer Agreement, you must not provide any insurance advice.
You simply introduce the client — Qudos Insurance Brokers will handle all advice, quotations, and regulatory compliance professionally.

We guarantee same working day claims response, helping your clients swiftly and compassionately when they need it most.
Terms and Conditions
- Subject to the terms outlined in our formal Introducer Agreement.
- Commissions are subject to a minimum transaction income of £100.00 per policy.
