- Plumbing and drainage issues – including burst pipes and blocked drains
- Damage to external doors, windows, or locks that compromises security
- Failure of the only toilet at the property
- Loss of domestic electricity or gas supply
- Lost keys – when the tenant cannot gain access
- Vermin infestations causing damage or health risks
- Alternative overnight accommodation for tenants when the property is unsafe to stay in
Cover Limit: Up to £1,000 per emergency, including VAT, labour, call-out charges, and materials.
